Wow! What a blast! The Champlain Hardwoods' Christmas party was a huge success!! It was like going out to a lovely restaurant in my own home! I never dreamed I could be the hostess and have such a great time!
The meal was fabulous - your suggestions were perfect! Tonya and Dawn were terrific - so easy to have around and so thoughtfully attentive. The presentation was beautiful; the attention to detail impeccable and the food was fantastic!! And the best part was that when the party ended - I went to bed!! The cleanup was all done!! Wonderful!!

Hi Dale,
We cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work and creativity at our wedding. The table settings were fantastic...the entire setup was better than we had imagined. The food was delicious and MANY people complimented on how wonderful the variety of food was. And they loved the staff. Oh and the shrimp appetizer...WOW!!!!!!! I ate about 4 of them when some of the bridesmaids were trying to bustle my dress.
We feel honored that you were at Windekind Farm with us. You are very good at what you do. Every detail is embroidered with great care and love. Thank you!!!! Hope to see you very soon!!!
