Behind the Scenes
Dale has 30 years experience in the food industry, owning restaurants, catering and planning special events. She and Chef Garrett Bailey share their love of being in the kitchen preparing and creating dishes and menus that are delectable, artfully arranged and truly memorable. Emphasis is placed on using the freshest VT grown and raised food products, maintaining a membership in the Vermont Fresh Network and a focus on being green.
