Behind the Scenes
Dale is the chef and owner and has 30 years experience in the food industry, owning restaurants, catering and planning special events. Her love is being in the kitchen preparing and creating dishes and menus that are delectable, artfully arranged and truly memorable. She uses the freshest VT grown and raised food products and displays her food visually on beautiful platters surrounded by seasonal greens and flowers. Her staff is professional, attentive and efficient. The result, always an event you would be proud to acknowledge and of course take the accolades for.
