Custom Menu Planning:
Professional service staff at hourly rates
Full service party planning [rentals, linens, flowers, music, etc.]
Deposits:
$500.00 deposit to reserve the date
Deposits are 50% refundable if the date can be rebooked
Balance due on date of catered event
Basic Costs:
Food plus 9% rooms and meals tax
Delivery charge
Extras:
$15.00 hourly rate for each server
15% gratuity
