CBD Goes Green
Catering by Dale is moving towards being a Green company, through practices in environmental and social sustainability. We encourage the use of compostable plates, cups and cutlery, manage our food production waste through composting, recycling, and repurposing. We focus on purchasing local food products, from local Vermont farmers using sustainable practices when possible.
