Has over 35 years experience in the hospitality industry. Owning several restaurants and catering companies, she is committed to exceeding her clients expectations and desires. Dale treats each client and event with the same attention to detail and professionalism that reflects her high standards. She is passionate about using the highest quality foods and working with and supporting the local community.
Executive Chef Garrett P Bailey
Graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park. Committed to treating you to "Farm Fresh" seasonal menus, highest quality food and service, and a dedication to excellence and originality.
Event Coordinator Cher Goodwin
Cher has worked with Dale for 25 years, starting in the restaurants and continuing on with the conception of Catering by Dale. Throughout the years, the hospitality industry, has helped Cher hone her skills and she has become an accomplished wedding and event professional. She loves working with her clients and being a part of their special day. Cher will ensure that your event is planned and executed down to the smallest detail, making your event all that you envisioned it would be. Cher resides in Williston and has four grown sons, three daughter in-laws and seven grandchildren.
Event Coordinator Mary Norton
Mary’s background in hospitality started with a family-owned restaurant business. She has learned the value of exceptional customer service and has found her niche at Catering by Dale. Mary will help you in all aspects of your event, designing, organizing, and facilitating all of the details. Her job is to make sure that the entire planning experience is stress-free, the day enjoyable, and exactly as you, envisioned it to be. Mary has been a part of the Catering by Dale team for 10 years, has two sons and lives with her husband in South Burlington.
Event Coordinator Wendy Mays
The newest addition to Catering by Dale is Event Coordinator Wendy Mays. A native of Middlebury, VT, Wendy studied at UNLV and lived in Las Vegas before returning to her Vermont roots. She has 18 years of general event planning experience and a passion for good, fresh, clean cuisine! Wendy believes in being well prepared and that the key to every successful event is in the details. She has been with Catering by Dale since 2014 and resides in Shelburne, VT with her husband and two daughters.
